We ship home accessories within 2-5 business days using a traceable and reliable shipping method.

What is the delivery time for furniture?

Our furniture is completely custom-made. Therefore, the delivery time is longer than for accessories. On average, it takes 6-10 weeks , depending on the design and finish.

Can I track my order?

Yes! As soon as your order has been shipped, you'll receive an email with a track & trace link , so you can easily track your package.

How much does shipping cost?

Within the Netherlands and Belgium, shipping is free for orders over €50.

Returns & Exchanges

Can I return my order?

Yes, you have a 14-day return policy to return your order. The product must be unused and in its original condition.

How does returning work?

Register your return via our contact form . You'll then receive instructions and can return the package using a traceable shipping method.

Are the return costs at my expense?

Yes, you will be responsible for the return costs, unless the product was delivered incorrectly or was damaged.

Can I return custom-made items?

Because custom-made items are made especially for you, they are unfortunately not returnable . If you have any questions, please contact us; we're happy to help.

Do I get a warranty on my purchase?

Yes, all our furniture and home accessories come with a standard warranty . If anything is wrong, please contact us and we'll resolve it together.

Does the warranty also apply to custom-made tables?

Absolutely. Custom-made tables also come with a warranty against material and manufacturing defects. Luxurious finishes like bronze, champagne, or Dubai Gold are carefully applied for a durable result.
